Myofascial Self-Care and Stretch
Come explore your own unique fascial system! Learn how to improve your mind-body connection, increase flexibility, reduce or eliminate pain and greatly enhance your overall well being. In this supportive group environment, take a journey into your body's internal fascial landscape through meditation, movement and stretching. No experience necessary, however it is recommended that you take the Introduction to Myofascial Release class. Chairs are available for those who need them. Please bring an exercise or yoga mat, blanket and any self-massage tools you already use at home.

Come join Lorien for a fun, informative talk about how MFR therapy can help you overcome stubborn pain, unleash your full potential and live better than you knew you could. She will give detailed information on your body's fascial system, how it can create pain and dysfunction in every other system of the body, give a demo of what MFR therapy looks like and answer your questions.
If you don't have a GVR membership you can still participate! Just call GVR at (520) 625-3440 and they will make you an account for you to sign up for class.
